We take great care in creating and packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. This shipping policy outlines our processes, timelines, and what you can expect when ordering from dlevitz.com.
Production and Delivery Timeline
Made-to-Order Production
All prints are produced as ordered. Please allow 3-5 weeks for delivery of standard prints and 5-8 weeks for delivery of framed or acrylic prints from the date of order placement. These timeframes include both production time and shipping.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we appreciate your patience as we ensure your artwork meets our quality standards. Framed and acrylic prints require additional production time due to the specialized finishing processes involved. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been produced and shipped, including tracking information when available.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping Promotion - Limited Time
For a limited time, we're offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all Fine Art Prints and Posters shipped within the United States (automatically applies at checkout).
This promotion does not apply to Framed Prints or Acrylic Artwork.
Framed Prints & Acrylic Artwork
Due to the size, weight, and special packaging requirements, shipping for framed prints and acrylic artwork is $100 per order for domestic shipments.
International Shipping
International orders will include applicable international shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 United States
- International destinations (additional fees and customs duties may apply)
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Shipping Methods
After production is complete, we offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Included in the delivery timeframe (3-5 weeks for standard prints, 5-8 weeks for framed or acrylic prints) for domestic orders. International delivery times may vary.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that expedited shipping only applies to transit time after production is complete and does not reduce the production time.
The stated timeframes are estimates. Delays may occur due to production requirements, weather, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.
Packaging and Handling
Each piece of artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Packaging methods vary based on the size, medium, and fragility of each piece. We use professional-grade materials including protective sleeves, rigid mailers, corner protectors, and reinforced boxes as appropriate for your specific artwork. Framed and acrylic prints receive additional protective packaging due to their delicate nature. All items are packaged with care to prevent damage during shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been produced and ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged or if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at the contact information provided on our website. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the shipping address if the order has not yet been produced and shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production or transit.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for specific information about fees and regulations before placing your order.
International shipments may take longer due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
